Oh...the rumors!
Since board member bre2hot brought over to U.V.D.F.C. board translated Dominican Republic news and pictures other Vin Diesel fan boards have taken it upon themselves to take these stories and send them to movie sites but...adding their own twist to the stories.
The rumor that's running around is that Vin backed out of "Black Water Transit" because he's in the Dominican Republic secretly putting the finishing touches on "Hannibal".
Wow! That's amazing that Vin and his elephants could slip by the Hollywood and overseas radar and get this film finished without anyone seeing or knowing of it.
I don't know...
Your guess is as good as mine.
But until I hear it from Vin's mouth or the companies backing this film I'm going to have to say this is just another bad rumor.

"Transit" is the debut feature of music video director Samuel Bayer and is in preproduction for shooting in July in Chicago. Looks like Vin was a no show for this years E3.

While Xbox Live had Jenny McCarthy, the band Panic Member and Method Man come by their booths at E3 this year, it seemed like there were less celebrity appearances this year from game companies. Paris Hilton isn't really "technically" a celebrity, yet she drew a crowd at the Gameloft booth on Thursday.
Original Batman Adam West was at 2K Games' booth Thursday to promote the Family Guy game. Although he's a very nice guy, he's not exactly A-list. In years past, I remember actors like Vin Diesel drawing huge crowds at E3. Speaking of Diesel, I saw the game trailer for Vin's new videogame over by Midway's booth. The next-gen game is called The Wheelman.
